Leon Scott Kennedy in Resident Evil 3

Leon Scott Kennedy never appears in Resident Evil 3, although the time overlaps in a funny way and Leon is running about town at the same time Jill and her big bouncy titties are. Upon completion of Resident Evil 3 you receive an epilogue file for Leon and other characters.

This epilogue is a hilarious depiction of the U.S government that conspiracy theorists have wet dreams about. Vertical blinds, mood lighting, obscuring third party face, and is that a cigar he's smoking? The only thing that's missing is a monocle, eye patch, and a black cat to hold on his hat to pet. And is Leon wearing a white sweat shirt? Or is that a sweater from the Gap (where all the other pretty Caucasian boys shop, so the commercials suggest!)

In any case, this paints the picture for what happens between Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4. Apparently this government official thought Leon had some interesting uses, I couldn't agree more. But my thoughts veer on the lascivious side...
