The first layout. Brightness, I liked her.

This was the first layout for Man in Uniform. After I completed writing the content I had trouble creating a layout not boyish but not girlish, that didn't look like anything else in the resident evil community. I came up with this and it stayed up for about a year, some people complained about that but some people need to get off my nuts- I ended up getting annoyed by it when idiots linked into my frames, and opted to make something much simpler.

It served it's purpose

I couldn't decide what image to use for this layout so I used a few of them. Wee. I wanted to make something really really simple with a white background. Thus this was made. The index stayed for a quite a while but not eh ugly, bland subpages, they are just disgusting, what was wrong with me? View those below.

This one aint a link, don't click

No words for it. Except...shit. Dog shit. It's too BLAND! You know what it reminds me of? White people dancing... ... I'm kidding... but seriously, it looks like the shittyness. It looks like the dog shittyness.

CORE TO THE HARD TO THE HARDCORE POWER!

It took QUITE a bit of brainstorming, but I finally completed something I am satisfied with. I dislike how it doesn't have much text space and how the flames wouldn't align correctly on all browsers- but oh well. The initial look I was going for was the "hardcore" style advertising aimed at little boys (thinks HOTWHEELS, GI JOE, that kind of cheesy manlyness aimed at little boys) but ended up with a comic book theme when I couldn't find an image to suit the previous want. But I likes this, and I was able to use the neato flames I spent a while customizing!

Suckie suckie? Yes...

Since my computer crashed for the zillionth time, or a computer was replaced, lost files, broke some discs, whatever...I had no access to this layout. I finally did find it by using the "Way back machine" on archive.org. There were once links to the side with hearts besides them in this screencapture. Reasoning being the fact that on the wayback machine it showed as simply broken links and it looked terrible. I was lucky to find the website on the archive this much intact! I was wondering what this layout looked like and was sad I was unable to view it for a long time! I'd have done some things different if i'd have made it now but it's still cute. This layout was up 2/4/05 until 3/7/05.

Lovelies!

As much as i'd love to claim this lovely layout as my own, it was made for me by my friend Taylor. She was bored and one day requested to make a layout for me for any site i'd like. I chose Man in Uniform because it really REALLY needed a facelift at the time. This is the only MIU layout that was not made by me.

Past Subpage layouts

Cutesey got the muchies

I wanted to use colors not usually used on a resident evil website. This is a cute layout but it doesn't have much to do with resident evil 2. I had all the screen captures loaded into seperate sections in the frames but as I added more screencaptures it annoyed the fuck out of me to organize them into seperate sections. Bleck. Using frames was not a wise decision.

bland!

The fanart I used is wonderful but the layout is just so damned BLAND! I loathe it!

Man In Uniform unused
There are many more layouts I created for man in uniform but never used. However, these were the only ones I could find.

Blarf

Basically a varitation of a layout that was actually used. This layout was horrid because the lack of text space.

Nice but too simple

People have submitted lots of nice Leon doujinshi scans to me but I have no way to use them, they're just too pretty to distort in a layout! this one was strange to work with but I thought I had found a way with this layout. It's not a bad layout but too simple.

love the scan but yuck

This was just something I found on an old disc. I was playing with ideas for a layout and doing a bad job of it. I still love that doujinshi scan but it's REALLY hard to work with.

another yuck

Simply a variation of the previous design, it is equally disliked.

I'll add more when I find them!
